Fred Perry Classic Harrington Jacket Oxblood

Our classic Harrington jacket, this time, with an umbrella-style yoke and plain lining. The Harrington jacket was first designed in Britain in the 1930s, but it was the mods of the 1960s who gave it the popularity it has today. Combined with the Fred Perry polo shirt, it became an essential part of a tough and resilient outfit. A few details give it a refreshed look: the umbrella-style yoke provides greater durability, the classic bright tartan lining is replaced with a plain and more sober interior, and the exterior frames the design with a deep tennis blue hue, the same as the labels of the archive designs in our 1970s catalog.
